This project included the renovation of 2 bathrooms with a focus on function, durability, and a cohesive modern aesthetic. The guest bathroom received a new tub and shower replacement, while the primary bathroom was fully reworked with a tub to walk in shower conversion featuring a custom glass enclosure. Both spaces were redesigned with intentional material selections, warm metal finishes, and clean tile work to create bathrooms that feel elevated without being overdesigned.

his project involved 2 bathrooms with very different needs, but the same goal. Create spaces that feel clean, calm, and durable while improving how they function day to day.
The guest bathroom was reworked with a new tub and shower assembly, updating both the waterproofing and finishes while maintaining a layout that feels comfortable for visitors and family alike. Vertical stacked wall tile was selected to add subtle texture and height to the space, keeping the walls visually light while still feeling intentional. The tub surround was rebuilt with proper waterproofing behind the scenes, ensuring the system performs as well as it looks.
The primary bathroom required a more transformative approach. The existing tub was removed and replaced with a walk in shower featuring a defined curb and a fully custom shower enclosure. The enclosure was designed with clean lines and warm brass hardware, tying in with the plumbing fixtures and vanity finishes throughout the space. Clear glass was used to keep the room open and bright, allowing natural light to pass through and making the bathroom feel larger than its footprint.
Finish selections were carefully coordinated to strike a balance between modern and timeless. Soft neutral wall tile keeps the shower feeling calm, while the terrazzo style shower pan adds depth and character without overpowering the space. Brass fixtures and accents bring warmth and contrast, working alongside custom mirrors and lighting to give the bathrooms a refined but approachable feel.
Both bathrooms feature updated vanities with quartz countertops, integrated sinks, and warm metal faucets that anchor the spaces visually. Lighting and mirrors were selected to enhance everyday use, providing clean, even illumination without harsh glare.
As with all of our projects, the focus was not just on surface level finishes. Waterproofing, drainage, and layout were all addressed to ensure these bathrooms will perform reliably for years to come. The end result is 2 bathrooms that feel cohesive, functional, and comfortable to use every day. Spaces designed and built with intention, where the details matter because the homeowners live with them daily.
