VISION

“This bathroom is proof that square footage does not limit impact.”

This project started as a small, dated master bathroom with a chronic problem hiding in plain sight: a failing window detail that had been allowing moisture to slowly compromise the space for years.

Instead of patching symptoms, we rebuilt the room with intention from the inside out.

The shower became the centerpiece. A fully heated Schluter shower pan was installed beneath a terrazzo style hex marble mosaic floor, creating comfort you feel before you even see the design. The walls were wrapped in dramatic marble slab panels that run uninterrupted from floor to ceiling, eliminating grout lines and turning the enclosure into a single continuous stone statement.

Because the window was the original source of failure, we replaced it with a custom awning style unit, properly flashed, waterproofed, and trimmed into the slab surround so it feels architectural instead of inserted. What used to be a liability is now one of the most striking features in the room.

A custom glass enclosure rides on a matte black rail system, allowing the stone to remain visually uninterrupted while giving the space a modern edge. Heated tile floors extend into the main bath area, paired with a deep navy vanity, warm brass hardware, and slate toned floor tile that grounds the entire palette.

This was not a large bathroom. It did not need to be.

Every inch was rebuilt with purpose, performance, and visual weight. The result is a small footprint bathroom that feels custom, architectural, and quietly luxurious.
